I am deeply passionate about supporting the growth and well-being of young people. Walking alongside teens and young adults as they navigate challenges, life transitions, and the journey of discovering who they want to become is at the heart of my work. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience as an international school counsellor, I strive to create a space where each young person feels seen, heard, and supported as they explore their identity, find their voice, and take steps toward a future that feels meaningful.

My own journey has shaped the core of my practice. Born and raised in Thailand until the age of 10, I moved to New Zealand on my own at the start of Year 7. Growing up between cultures taught me both the beauty and complexity of building a sense of belonging while holding space for different identities. This experience helps me offer culturally sensitive support, especially to young people navigating the world as third-culture individuals.

I believe growth is a lifelong journey, and I am committed to continuously learning so I can offer young people the most up-to-date, evidence-based support to help them thrive and flourish.
